It's a fun listen for me. It's fascinating to hear the extra tidbits of the creative decisions that go into everything. If you're looking for a play by play or a moment by moment breakdown, this isn't it. Plus, that's crazy and would take too long. The entirety of the podcast is the length of a full episode. They watch and talk about it as it goes, and that's enough. Who needs more than an hour of details?! This works out well for me to listen soon after watching, and it helps me notice new details. I have enjoyed listening to it as I'm doing a rewatch right now before the new episodes come out.
Recommended For
Viewers of the show who have already watched the episode for sure. Everyone I have heard so far talks about the show as they're watching it, so they're not going to fully give context to what you're seeing. The first season at least, I would wait to listen until you've watched the entire season because there have been a couple slight spoilers. Although, maybe I wouldn't have noticed them as spoilers if I hadn't already watched all the episodes.
